There is no minimum rental period for PCS hansets. The deposit required on renting a phone is fully refundable as long as the phone is returned un-damaged. The deposit must be secured using the imprint of a valid credit card.
Our prepaid service allows for automatic access to outgoing and incoming International telephone calls. All local calls will be at a cost of 90 cents (Eastern Caribbean Dollars) a minute at all times. International calls will be at the rate provide by our International Carrier, Cable and Wireless, plus an additional 90 cents. For example, the present, daytime rate to the United States is EC$3.25, therefore, using an APUA PCS cellular phone, it will cost you approximately EC$4.15 a minute between the hours of 6:00 am and 6:00 pm. The evening rate to the US will be approximately EC$3.55 (Cable and Wireless evening rate EC$2.65).
With regards to our prepaid calling cards, $100 cards will expire 120 days after first use, and $30 and $60 prepaid cards expire 90 days after first use. It is not our policy to provide refunds for any unused talktime on any purcahsed prepaid cards.
