Subscribers from the following countries / networks are now able to roam on the APUA PCS network simply by using their GSM tri-band or 1900MHz handsets.**

There is also the option for tourists to bring their GSM tri-band or dual band handsets and obtain a SIM card from APUA PCS to make and receive local and International calls.  The following conditions must be met:
- You must ensure that your service provider has not locked your telephone to your current SIM card.
- You may purchase a SIM card locally on arrival in Antigua at the cost of EC$200.00. You will be assigned a seven-digit phone number which will remain yours. On any subsequent visits to Antigua, you can just swap your original SIM card with one purchased here.
- You buy your talk-time by purchasing pre-paid calling cards to the value of $30, $60 or $100 (all prices quoted in Eastern Caribbean Dollars).
Tourists can also rent our handsets at reasonable prices.

We know you are very much dependent on communications. We know you want to relax on the beach, but at the same time you want to be able to check up on the business back home or at the very least be able to be contacted in an emergency. With the introduction of APUA PCS, you can use a mobile service that you are already familiar with, in Antigua, and have the freedom to go wherever you want to go, safe in the knowledge you can be contacted if so desired. And with APUA PCS providing free Voicemail service you can retrieve any messages at your own convenience.

 

 

 

* APUA PCS has not yet launched two-way roaming.  Presently, we only allow for inbound roaming.
** Customers must ensure that they sign-up for roaming from their home operators BEFORE their arrival in Antigua.
